Prepares and monitors Orange County’s annual operating budget and capital improvements program in accordance with applicable laws, statutes and policies of the Board of County Commissioners; forecasts multi-year revenues and expenditures, and provides management analysis assistance on special projects as requested by the County Mayor and the County Administrator’s Office; provides centralized coordination of operational and strategic performance measurement activities; assists departments in the development and revision of fees for service; coordinates the development of Orange County’s Full Cost Allocation Plan; and consolidates and coordinates grant-related activities according to the established grants process.
