Mayor Teresa Jacobs Kicks Off Week of The Family with Mayor’s Family Fun Day
Orange County, FL – Orange County Mayor Teresa Jacobs and Orange County Parks and Recreation are kicking off the 13th annual Orange County Week of the Family with a free event for families centered on strength and unity within the home.
To start the family activities during Week of the Family, Mayor Jacobs will host the Mayor’s Family Fun Day, presented by Bright House Networks, on Saturday, November 7. This event is free and open to the public.

- Featuring: Carnival-like games, the Bright House Networks Entertainment Lounge, crafts hosted by VoluntEARS from Walt Disney World, food trucks and “Weird Science” demonstrations by the Orlando Science Center

Orange County Week of the Family is an annual observance dedicated to strengthening family relationships through education, healthy activities, fitness and community service.
