The holiday season is almost upon us, and with it comes the opportunity to spend time with loved ones and celebrate the blessings in our lives. It is also an ideal time to head outside and enjoy one of the many events taking place in Orange County throughout the month of November.
Join me at the Orange County Veterans Day Ceremony to honor our military veterans who bravely served and fought to defend our country. This year’s event will take place outside the Orange County Administration building in downtown Orlando. I also encourage everyone to reach out to a veteran in your life and thank them for their service.
Experience a celebration of the arts as FusionFest returns to downtown Orlando on November 25 and 26. This free two-day event features music, dance, food and fashion from a wide range of cultures that help make our community such a vibrant and diverse place to live.
The 13th Annual Orange County Mayor’s Toy Drive returns this month, and we need your help to make the holidays merry and bright for those in need. This year’s campaign launches on Monday, November 6, with toy donations accepted either in person or online by shopping our virtual toy store.
