Mayor Teresa Jacobs and Orange County Government Host Hispanic Heritage Month Kick-Off Party

What: Orange County Mayor Teresa Jacobs and Orange County Government are partnering with the Hispanic Heritage Committee of Greater Orange County to commemorate Hispanic Heritage Month 2016 with a kick-off party. The free event is open to the public and features musical performances, dance and food.
