Orange County Utilities to Resume Disconnections for Nonpayment and Late Payment Fees

Friendly customer service agent wearing a headsetOrange County, Fla. – Beginning September 28, 2020, Orange County Utilities will resume disconnections for nonpayment and late payment fees for residential water and wastewater customers, which were temporarily suspended in March due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Customers who have fallen behind on payments and need help bringing their account current should call 407-836-5515 between 8 a.m. and 6:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Customers can visit www.ocfl.net/PayUtilities to view account balances and make secure payments 24/7.
