Orange County Announces Tropical Storm Nicole Shelter Locations

Shelters Set to Open Wednesday, November 9, 2022 at 7 a.m.

In anticipation of Tropical Storm Nicole, Orange County Government Emergency Operations Center will open two shelters in Orange County.

WHEN:

November 9, 2022 at 7 a.m.

WHERE:

As of Wednesday, November 9, 2022, at 7 a.m., the following shelters in Orange County will be available for residents seeking shelter from Tropical Storm Nicole. All shelters are pet friendly.

  • South Econ Recreation Center/South Econ Community Park
    3850 S Econlockhatchee Trail, Orlando, FL 32829
  • West Orange Recreation Center
    309 SW Crown Point Rd, Winter Garden, FL 34787

For Orange County residents requiring a Special Needs/Medical Shelter please call 3-1-1.
