Christmas Curbside Collection Schedule for Orange County Residents
Orange County, FL – In preparation for Christmas on Monday, December 25, adjustments will be made to curbside collection services for residents in unincorporated Orange County. In observance of the holiday, all collections days during the week of Christmas will shift forward by one day.
Residents are reminded to set out their garbage, recycling, yard waste, and large items for collection by 6 a.m. on the day after their typical collection day for the week of December 25. The regular collection schedule resumes on Monday, January 1.
Additionally, for the disposal of live Christmas trees, residents can set them out on their designated yard waste collection day. Trees exceeding six feet in height should be cut in half. It is important to remove the stand and all decorations before placing the tree at the curb. Disposal by burning is strictly prohibited in Orange County.
