Mayor Jerry L. Demings to Distribute Toy Drive Donations to Orange County Families
WHAT:
To conclude the 14th Annual Orange County Mayor’s Toy Drive, Mayor Jerry L. Demings will distribute some of the toys collected to local families to help make their holidays bright. The families are registered with Orange County’s Neighborhood Centers for Families. Five families will “shop” for their toys with the Mayor, while the remaining families will pick up their toys and gifts in a drive-through format.

The Orange County Mayor’s Toy Drive serves children and youth – from infants through teens. Now finishing its 14th year, the Toy Drive has collected nearly 96,000 gifts that directly benefit local youth. Last year, the drive collected more than 11,000 toys and serviced Orange County Neighborhood Centers for Families and many other local organizations.
