News Conference Concerning Suspension of SNAP Benefits
Orange County, FL – Today, Orange County Mayor Jerry L. Demings will join Eric Gray, Executive Director of the Christian Service Center for the Homeless, along with representatives of Second Harvest Food Bank and United Way, to speak with the media concerning the suspension of the Supplemental
Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Benefits due to the federal government shutdown.
This media availability will take place in the Board of County Commissioners (BCC) Chambers at the County Administration Center at 2 p.m.
