Orange County Neighborhood Services Division Celebrates Completion of Lockhart “F.U.N.”Program

15 Homes Painted at No Cost to the Residents During This Year’s Fixing Up the Neighborhood Event

Orange County, FL – Designed to give neighborhoods a fresh facelift and promote a sense of pride and unity among residents, Orange County’s F.U.N. (Fixing Up the Neighborhood) program relaunched this year, and the Lockhart community was selected to receive assistance. F.U.N. offers homeowners a way to receive this assistance for their homes at no cost to them. This project is a collaborative effort with Orange County Neighborhood Services Division and Habitat for Humanity Greater Orlando & Osceola County.

On Wednesday, November 19, 2025, participants in the program, staff, and residents will celebrate the conclusion of this year’s work.

  • The homes of 15 residents in the Lockhart community were repainted last month, with some receiving minor repairs.
