Orange County Animal Services Announces ARM Your Pet Event for Cats

WHAT:
Cat owners in Orange County have one final opportunity in 2025 to vaccinate and microchip their feline family members at no cost. Orange County Animal Services (OCAS), a division of Orange County Government, will host another Animal Rabies Vaccine and Microchipping (ARM) Your Pet event following the success of the seven events held earlier this year.

Services provided include:

  • Microchip identification, including free registration of the owner’s information in the national database.
  • Rabies vaccine, which is required by the State of Florida
  • A combination vaccine that protects against feline viral rhinotracheitis, feline calicivirus, and feline panleukopenia (FVRCP).

Services will be provided in the shelter’s carport area on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. There is a limit of two cats per household. Proof of Orange County residency is required. Additional information can be found on the OCAS website.
