Orange County Animal Services Announces FREE Animal Rabies Vaccine and Microchipping (ARM) Your Pet Events
WHAT:
Pet owners in Orange County have another opportunity to get their dogs and cats vaccinated and microchipped for free on Wednesday, April 22, 2026, and Wednesday, April 29, 2026. Orange County Animal Services (OCAS), a division of the Orange County Government, will hold another round of Animal Rabies Vaccine and Microchipping (ARM) Your Pet events.
The event for cats (April 22) will provide the following services:
- Microchip identification, including free registration of the owner’s information in the national database.
- Rabies vaccine, which is required by the state of Florida.
- A combination vaccine that protects against feline viral rhinotracheitis, feline calicivirus, and feline panleukopenia (FVRCP).
The event for dogs (April 29) will provide the following services:
- Microchip identification, including free registration of the owner’s information in the national database.
- Rabies vaccine, which is required by the State of Florida.
- A combination vaccine providing protection from Distemper, Adenovirus, Parainfluenza, and Parvovirus (DAPP).
- Bordetella vaccine.
