Art in the Atrium Opening Reception: “Feather & Flame: Portraits of Wonder” by Angela Scott
WHAT:
Orange County Arts & Cultural Affairs presents Feather & Flame: Portraits of Wonder by Angela Scott in the Atrium Gallery at the Orange County Administration Center. An opening reception will be held on Friday, August 14, 2026. The exhibit will be on display through Thursday, September 3, 2026. The Administration Center is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., excluding holidays.
Angela Scott is a multimedia artist whose expressive acrylic, mixed media, and watercolor paintings celebrate the quiet beauty, resilience, and wonder of the natural world.
In Feather & Flame: Portraits of Wonder, Scott encourages viewers to experience wildlife not simply as subjects to observe, but as invitations to slow down, embrace curiosity, and discover the beauty that quietly surrounds us.
