Orange County Mayor Jerry L. Demings attended the World AIDS Day event at Lake Eola on Tuesday, November 30, 2021. The Central Florida HIV Planning Council hosted the event with many local organizations providing support, diverse education and a continuum of care for our residents in Central Florida.

In 2020, Orange County, Florida Government’s Ryan White Part A Program served 5,642 clients, providing each individual with HIV medical and support services to improve their quality of life. Ninety-one percent of the clients receiving care were successful in reaching viral suppression.
