Orange County Mayor Jerry L. Demings and Dominium, a leading affordable housing owner, developer and manager celebrate the groundbreaking of the Sandpiper Glen Affordable Senior Housing development in east Orange County on August 17, 2022. The new affordable 288-unit development for seniors will include numerous amenities such as a fitness center, salon, craft room, clubroom, dog park, outdoor pool, grilling areas and more. Working with Dominium Development is another great collaboration example outlined in the Housing For All Task Force action plan, supporting housing needs of our community through public-private partnerships.
