Orange County, Fla., Orange County Firefighters will be in Pine Hills Friday to celebrate the grand re-opening of the Clipper City Barber Shop and Hair Salon located at 2611 N. Pine Hills Road. The event will start at 9:30am and continue until 10:30am.

Firefighters will join civic and business leaders at the ribbon cutting at 9:30am. They will then be available to perform blood pressure checks, offer drowning prevention tips, fire safety advice and share information about fire rescue’s smoke alarm installation program. “Orange County’s Community Based Fire Stations not only provide emergency response, but have proven to be an important community asset that enhances the quality of life to those we proudly serve,” said Orange County Fire Chief Otto Drozd, “It is an honor to share the joy and excitement of this important community event.”
