Mayor Jerry L. Demings to celebrate Diwali, The Festival of Lights Celebration

Mayor Demings' SealWHAT: Join Orange County Mayor Jerry Demings to celebrate Diwali, the festival of lights, in collaboration with the India Center at UCF, The Asian Cultural Association, FusionFest and the Orange County Asian Committee.

The festival ceremony will be a celebration of the history of Diwali. To enhance the live experience, the festival will include live music, dance performance and illumination of the Indian oil lamp with an array of colorful flowers and live music.

WHO: Orange County Mayor Jerry Demings, Orange County Commissioners and representatives of the Asian Cultural Association, the India Center and Terry Olson, Orange County Arts & Cultural Affairs.

WHEN: Thursday, November 4, 2021
6:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
