Orange County’s Sandbag Operation Shutting Down for Storm

All four sandbag locations will cease operations at noon

Orange County GovernmentOrange County, Fla. – Orange County Public Works continues to make sandbags available to residents preparing for potential impacts from Tropical Storm Nicole.

The County’s self-serve sandbag distribution will be open until noon at the following locations:

  • Downey Park
    10107 Flowers Ave.
  • Fort Christmas Historical Park
    1300 N. Fort Christmas Rd.
  • Clarcona Horse Park
    3535 Damon Rd.
  • Orange County Multi-Cultural Center
    7149 W. Colonial Dr. (old Gooding Grocery Store)

Sites may close earlier contingent on impacts from Tropical Storm Nicole or if supplies run out before noon.
