Orange County Government to Open Office of Tenant Services

Ribbon Cutting Set For Wednesday, March 1 at 1:30 p.m.

Orange County’s Office of Tenant Services (OTS) will officially open its doors to assist residents and landlords on Wednesday, March 1, 2023. OTS will act as a one-stop shop to address issues of landlord and tenant rights with a focus on outreach and education for both parties. OTS collaborates with County departments, Legal Aid Society of the Orange County Bar Association, nonprofits, and other community stakeholders to provide education, referrals, code violation assistance, and other services to residents of Orange County to ensure they have safe and affordable housing and know what their rights are under Florida law.
