Overnight Water Main Break Blocks Two Lanes on State Road 535 Precautionary Boil Water Advisory in Process for the Area

July 8, 2025 – Orange County, FL – A water main break on SR 535 south of Apopka-Vineland Road in Orange County has blocked two of the three southbound lanes. Orange County Utilities crews worked overnight and continue to assess and stabilize water pressure for customers in the area.

Orange County Utilities is in the process of issuing a precautionary boil water advisory to affected customers.

As a precautionary measure, customers will be advised to boil their water for one minute prior to consumption. This includes drinking, cooking, making ice, brushing teeth, or washing dishes.
