The Wraparound Orange Program serves youth, ages 0-21, with a mental-health and/or substance use disorder and their families. Children, youth and young adults are referred primarily through the Juvenile Assessment Center, schools, parents and other sources. Involvement in this program is voluntary, and families and youth are highly involved in decision making and service planning. Wraparound Orange contracts with a number of providers for service delivery and to assist in meeting other needs of the family. During the service delivery period, the Wraparound team works to bring stabilization to the family, develop a crisis plan and build a network of resources for assistance as needed in the long term.
