Works with communities and other agencies to improve traffic safety and resolve traffic issues; researches and collects traffic data to determine the needs for speed humps, traffic signals, signs and other traffic control devices for the betterment of the community; coordinates the Red Light Safety Program; and installs, operates and maintains traffic signals, signs, speed humps and pavement marking in unincorporated Orange County.
