Orange County Head Start Accepting Applications for the 2021-22 School Year
Free Program Seeking to Enroll 650 Students Before Classes Begin August 10
WHAT: Orange County Head Start is recruiting for its 2021-22 school year and seeking to fill classrooms before school begins on August 10, 2021. The Head Start program is a free early education program that offers daily well-balanced meals, individual instruction and services to enhance intellectual, emotional and social growth for students between the ages of 3-to-5 years old.
Enrollment will be for face-to-face instruction for the 2021-22 school year. In an abundance of caution, Head Start Centers and classrooms are equipped with sanitizing machines, spraying/cleaning machines, disinfecting kits, and mask and face shields for both students and teachers.

REGISTER: To be eligible you are required to live in Orange County, and have a child who will be 3 or 4 years old by September 1st and your household income is at or below 100% of the 2021 Federal Poverty Guidelines.
