When clocks return to standard time, from Sunday, November 1, to Sunday, March 13, homes and nonresidential properties in Orange County must adhere to the following watering schedule.

Orange County Jail Reaches Out to Community to Grow Library Program

The Orange County Corrections Department (OCCD) houses an average of 2,700 inmates on any given day. The library launched in 2013 with a moderate collection of donated books in English and Spanish, among other languages. Book donations come from local libraries and private entities.
